Kim Tillotson Fleming is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hefren-Tillotson, Inc., a privately held Pittsburgh-based firm offering comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services for individuals, foundations, trusts, and qualified retirement plans.
Service in mission work plays an important role in Kim’s personal life. She has been actively involved with local, national, and international project-related mission trips, including annual youth group work camps.
Kim and her husband, Curt Fleming, have two sons, Grant and Todd.

Saleem Ghubril is a committed and passionate advocate for children and for the City of Pittsburgh. An ordained Presbyterian minister, he has devoted his life to serving the people of his community through outreach and education programs.
In 1985, Saleem founded The Pittsburgh Project. Saleem led The Pittsburgh Project until 2008, when he assumed the leadership of The Pittsburgh Promise.
The Pittsburgh Promise is a regional economic and workforce development entity that focuses on transforming the quality of education and life in the City of Pittsburgh, and making higher education a reality for all of Pittsburgh’s urban youth.

Darrin Grove, Truefit’s Founder and CEO, is a native Pittsburgher with a passion for innovation, technology, and values-based leadership. Since its bootstrap beginnings in 1997, Truefit’s experience with new, disruptive technologies has positioned the company as a leader in helping entrepreneurs and organizations bring next generation products to market quickly.
Darrin is dedicated to sharing his insight in innovation and entrepreneurship with the Pittsburgh community. He leads the Deal Flow Committee for Software and Technology at BlueTree Allied Angels, serves as an advisor to start-up companies at AlphaLab, and is active on several non-profit boards.
Most of all, Darrin loves spending time with his wife Chris and three sons, Andy, Tyler, and Ryan, cycling and skiing as a family.
